  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems or other users’ accounts.

4. No Moderation Guarantee

SnedHeads does not guarantee the removal of extreme or objectionable Content unless required by law. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove Content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Account Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hays County,Texas.
